Sunny Days
Swim School

A clearer path
from purchase to pool.

We brought lesson purchases, registration, waivers, and scheduling into a guided website experience, helping the instructor focus more on her students.

THE SITUATION

A familiar website.
A process ready for change.

Sunny Days Swim School’s previous website was more than a decade old. Lesson purchases relied on roughly 12 to 16 individual PayPal buttons across six plans with different options.

Families completed a registration form, which also included the waiver, before purchasing. Scheduling was then handled manually between the instructor and families.

There was no clear digital trail connecting schedules and customer information. The project needed a fresh design and a clearer way to guide families through the steps involved in starting lessons.

OUR DECISIONS

Bring the experience
and the process together.

We designed the website around the people families would meet and the steps they would need to take.

Show the real school.

Original photographs of the instructor and students gave the fresh design a personal, welcoming feel. Families could see the people and lesson experience behind the business.

Simplify lesson purchases.

We set up lesson products through WooCommerce in place of the individual PayPal buttons. This simplified purchasing and gave the instructor access to sales reports and analytics.

Explain what happens next.

We placed registration and waiver instructions on the purchase confirmation page and sales receipt. Families receive the next step when they purchase and can refer back to it afterward.

Make scheduling available online.

We integrated Calendly into the website and configured its availability and scheduling settings. After completing registration and the waiver, families are directed to book their lesson times.

HOW IT WORKS

Purchase. Register. Book.

The customer journey follows three clear steps, with the instructor receiving the information at each stage.

01

Purchase lessons

Families purchase their lesson plan through WooCommerce. The instructor receives a sales notification, and the purchase confirmation page and sales receipt explain how to complete registration and the waiver.

02

Complete registration
and the waiver

Families complete the registration form and included waiver. The instructor receives the completed information, and families are directed to scheduling.

03

Book lesson times

Families book through Calendly using the configured availability and scheduling settings. The instructor receives a booking notification.

THE PRACTICAL OUTCOME

A clearer process.
More focus on students.

Families now have a defined sequence: purchase lessons, complete registration and the waiver, then book lesson times.

The instructor receives the sales notification, completed registration and waiver, and booking notification. Those records provide a clearer trail of the steps families have taken.

WooCommerce provides sales reporting and analytics, while Calendly supports booking within the configured availability. The improved process allowed the instructor to focus more on students.

What brought it together
The website gives families directions at each stage, connecting the tools around the way the school works.
