Dr. David Grant serves as Lead Instructional Designer for Sunflower Creatives, bringing a rare blend of higher education expertise, corporate training experience, and hands-on eLearning development. With a Ph.D. in Education and more than 17 years of experience designing curriculum, training programs, and learner-centered instruction, Dr. Grant helps organizations and course creators turn complex knowledge into clear, engaging, and performance-focused learning experiences.
His work includes needs analysis, learning strategy, course architecture, storyboarding, assessment design, instructor-led training, virtual learning, blended learning, and self-paced eLearning. He has developed training solutions for corporate, technical, and regulated environments using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, AI-assisted development tools, and LMS platforms.
At Sunflower Creatives, Dr. Grant helps clients move beyond simply “putting content online.” He focuses on designing learning experiences that are structured, interactive, accessible, and aligned with real business or learner outcomes.
